Campaign Details:

  1. The campaign is valid only for installment transactions made via İşCep and Maximum Mobil. For installment transactions made through other channels, the prevailing interest rate will apply.
  2. Within the scope of the installment campaign for upfront expenses, a 3-month interest-free installment option will be applied for upfront expenses between 1,000 - 250,000 TL (inclusive) made at health institutions between July 1-31, 2024. The prevailing interest rate applies for upfront transactions below 1,000 TL or above 250,000 TL, and for installment requests exceeding 3 months.
  3. The installment campaign for upfront expenses is valid for transactions made and installment instructions given (via İşCep or Maximum Mobil) between July 1-31, 2024. For installment requests submitted through other channels, the prevailing interest rate will apply.
  4. The campaign is valid only at workplaces registered as health institutions in the bank’s system. Upfront transactions made at pharmacies, optical and hearing aid sellers, aesthetic centers, medical device or equipment purchases, insurance payments, veterinary services, and pharmaceutical warehouses are not included in the campaign.
  5. The responsibility for the correct sector information registered in the system of the store where the purchase is made lies with the store.
  6. The campaign is valid only for domestic upfront expenses. Due to regulations, foreign transactions cannot be installmentized. Upfront transactions made on e-commerce sites are not included in the campaign.
  7. The installment transaction must be made before the account statement date of the period in which the related transaction was made and before the campaign end date. For example, it is not possible to installmentize a transaction made within the campaign period after the account statement date.
  8. Installment instructions for transactions not reflected in the interim movements will be considered within the campaign, provided the instruction is given on a different day outside the campaign, the prevailing interest rate will apply.
  9. The post-installment transaction can be canceled via Maximum Mobil, our branches, Internet Branch, and the Privia Black Line (0850 724 0 777).
  10. The account statement date of the credit card for which the installment transaction is made can only be changed after the last installment is paid.
  11. There is no restriction on post-installment transactions that comply with the campaign conditions.
  12. Türkiye İş Bankası reserves the right to stop the campaign and change the campaign conditions.
